No, I think this scene was shot in 16:9 aspect ratio and has been encoded incorrectly. If you force 16:9 aspect ratio in your media player you can see this is the correct aspect ratio.

I e-mailed LegalPorno and they said this scene would be re-encoded soon. Can someone post when they do re-encode, just in case I miss it? Thanks!
