I did some sleuthing and found the family. Very sadly I can confirm it's 100% true.
Disgusting that those Twitter and YouTube pages still update almost daily.

Sorry to hear this. Very sad.
Julie seemed, outwardly, to be a grounded and business-savvy independent young woman from one of the most liberal countries in Europe.

Not with the other, though:
We simply dont know whether her suicide was linked to her sex work at all. Maybe she was independently dysfunctional, bipolar whatsoever.
Maybe her hb left her and that propelled her crisis, but maybe not at all.
Sure seems after her death her image get exploited, which is incredibly sad and shameless scam I can't find words for.
But whether she was exploited in that relationship before or she exploited her hb I dont know. Its usually not a one-way-road.
She looked very self-confident and liberated, but who know her better? Not me, sure not for judging anything.
I do hope they left no kids behind.

Her final posts mention spirituality, forgiveness and existence, which seems to confirm the Belgian forum post that says she was struggling. I'm inclined to think the demons already existed, but there's no point in guessing of course.
I get the impression she had been trying to make a fresh start with a new relationship that looked loving. I saw no indication of her having children.
Reading about alienation by friends and only newly regained contact with family is really sad. Makes you think about all the stigmas that still surround sex workers, even in some of the most liberal countries on earth. It can't have made things easier for her.

Yesterday, exactly 2 years ago, on June 15th, Julie Skyhigh did suicide. She finished her life by her own will, as it seems. Julie Skyhigh or Stephanie, her real name, was for me a young, cute girl from Belgium. I think it is horrible and extemely sad that a human being comes to kill itsself. I do not want more on this forum for certain reasons. I just post this here because she worked for LP. Why she did this, I don't know and due not good experiences recently here on LP in terms of private or personal issues to porn performer, this is fine for me at least. I wanna say only one thing. If the reason therefore problems concerning her former porn caree,. it is clear that we need justice for porn stars who committed suicide. Not only BLM. And if there would be a link to porn then the demand for changes in this business is evident. Rest in peace sweet and pretty Stephanie.
PS maybe she was in the wrong business from the very day, she started once at all.

Clearing another issue.
To Indy Pleco: I agree to you, all I wrote before is basically my opinion after all facts I had so far. But after getting 2,3 important details and facts right now, I must for the sake of the family and close friends and ex-boyfriend of her completely change and modify what I wrote and thought.
So I was really wrong, the reason why I really don't know. My speculations and assumptions were absolutely wrong. Means in fact it has nothing to do with porn biz or her work there once.

I am deeply saddened to have found out only this week of the tragic suicide of Julie or Stephanie as she was known to me. I first knew her online way back in 2010/11 long before she moved into porn I think and we struck up a friendship via e-mail where we spoke regularly. She was a truly lovely warm hearted girl who always replied to me and we kept our friendship going for some time. Sadly we spoke much less in recent years and I assumed she was happy and busy in her new found career working in the porn industry. For me to suddenly hear of her death has affected me more then I thought possible and I find myself thinking of her all the time since reading the terrible news.
for a young girl to take her life this way is truly heartbreaking and I only hope she has found peace from her inner demons. R.I.P. dear Stephanie.

Julie was amazing. I guess she thought no one loved her, or like many people, maybe she was on a doctor prescribed medication that made her feel depressed and worthless. We will never know her demons. What a shame. RIP Julie, you will be missed by many.

Depression has a lot of causes and it’s gross to guess. People don’t kill themselves just because they think no one loves them, and Europe doesn’t remotely have the systemic problems with prescription medication that the US does.

Well put Indy. I am sure Stephanie' 'issues' were complex and varied. I have read a little online on other platforms about her life problems in recent years since hearing the terrible news but out of respect for her I would not wish to guess or speculate.
