In the end, she got them to a H cup...she looked a lot like Alura Jenson, but perhaps her body was slightly curvier than Alura's...my ex-wife had chronic back pain...and often had to do yoga, go for massages, take painkillers, use patches to alleviate the back pain, and do lots of exercises to make her back muscles stronger etc...
I can well understand why it "has gotta be rough" to carry those boobs around all day. However, it was purely her choice and she was happy with her boobs, how they looked, and it gave her the world of confidence. Massive big boobs can be maintained, with the right strategies, the right exercises and if it is something that the woman really wants for herself.
