Weird that Cayenne is not mentioned in the description of the video, even if ''secondary'' role. For this reason I did not understand the meaning of ''in the back''.

As for the "in the back" thing, a quick watch of the trailer would have solved it.

I rely on what is written in blue (performers in the scene). I don't read the description of the scenes, and certainly don't expect someone like Cayenne to appear as a secondary character in a scene.

^There is no advantage to staying natural. If you are flawed and choose to remain flawed the you will remain naturally flawed. If you choose to do something about it and stop there the you would have tweaked that flaw but if you get addicted to surgery you end up looking unrecognizable.

Cayenne had no flaws to improve on so she remains naturally flawless!

I agree only about Cayenne having no flaws, in this picture then she's simply stunning. In my opinion Sasha was also beautiful, even not so like Cayenne: what flaw did she have to tweak? I'm glad to read that many posters see it like me and are against that monstruosity called aesthetic surgery.
