I think it's a response to the fact that so many NRX models were headhunted by JM mid-training, in the early days, so now NRX keeps the new girls secret and shoots as much as they can get away with if the girl shows enough promise.

The advantage is that he keeps the girls exclusive for more scenes, but on the other hand, the large number of increasingly demanding scenes risks having the models burnt out with porn. A slower pace would probably keep the models active for a longer time, but with the Russian agency situation being what it is, would probably risk the most promising models jumping ship early and then wasting away at JM, like Mia Piper for example. It seems to be a delicate balance that I can't see a good solution for.

True, but it might still be useful if scenes already filmed, and hence unaffected by any misguided switch to such as JM, were released at a canter rather than a headlong gallop. I am really not sure that it helps the overall sales for any model to have ten scenes released in two months. Anyway, good luck to Cyber Shot, hope her sales go very well.
