Well, since he himself and everybody around him constantly refer him like that and have fun about it (see the mini Mercedes), yes he would. It's what makes him famous in Brazil.
Maybe follow him for a while on his channels before jumping to assumptions like that again....

Why don't you contact him through his social media channels and tell him that you think that he, his friends, his family members, co-workers ( <url removed>) and all his fans/followers on social media with whom he interacts through social media on a daily base, should immediately stop calling him or refer to him as "anão" (midget/dwarf/leprechaun), because you are sure that he will not appreciate his own words and those of the all the people interacting with him who call him or refer him like that. It doesn't or shouldn't matter what he thinks, because you're sure that you know him better than he knows himself.
Maybe while you're at it, also express your concerns and tell him that he should not appreciate enjoying himself when he's booked every other weekend in the clubs across the region when he's one of the main dancers or hosts dressed like a leprechaun (see pics), and that he should not enjoy himself wearing the same clothing when he goes to afterparties in the city. Because you're more sure than he himself is about what he appreciates or should appreciate when he (or all the people around him and/or interacting with him) refer him(self) as an anão.
