Hello
When ever i try to purchase tickets i receive an error which says transaction declined contact support prepare your email, i then receive an email which says my account has been blocked and to change my password and it seems to be stuck in this spiral, i have contacted support on 3 seperate occasions, i have had 1 reply weeks ago to say the issue has been resolved however it appears to not have been resolved.
i have not had a reply from support since then despite my help requests i am sending.
Can anyone help me with this?
