I don't need to be strong at the competition ( fitness and bodybuilder competitors are very weak on the stage ) , I just need being in good shape without fat and water. It is an aesthetic and not a power sport.

I can work immediately ( 2-3 days ) after the last competition because I can reload glycogen ( the energy of body ) with 1-2 carbohydrate rich meals and I'm ready for fun
