I do not have any input in the release schedule, but it is determined based on many factors including expected sales, the genre of the scene, the popularity of the girls, the need to stagger releases that feature the same girls, and fan response to the trailers. (Trust me, this scene was released earlier than intended because of the fan response. You would have had to wait even longer.)

I can easily live with this un-chronological releases, but its good to know.
