Those guys are based in the United States. LP is not. There are plenty of European companies that provide piss scenes to American customers (Eromaxx, John Thompson, etc.). They have never been prosecuted, and there's no reason to think LP would be any different.

Nothing happened to Rapidshare or Depositfiles either, but that didn't stop the US government from taking down Megaupload.

I'm not buying it. First of all, I don't see why the U.S. government would want to target a fairly obscure porn studio in Eastern Europe.
