I dont know her schedule, but if she couldn't work at all thats bad ofc.
It was pretty clear she needs more than the 1 day break from anal after her DAPattempt. If she needed much more, maybe even 1 week, it was wise to return to more DP or single anal only first to get her opened and accustomed a bit more before next attempt.
Most important is to keep her mind open for a DAP re-trial.
