Actually, I do appreciate that the OP (sexaddict) is a Sharlotte fan and their intentions were good, even if their sentiments (as expressed) sounded critical or demanding.

The US fixation with teeth can be (often is) one of the many sly and divisive ways by which the US middle classes try to hide their fixation with class (which they claim to be morally above). As US dental care is not state-funded, teeth become a marker of status.
Those born into middle-class (and above) families get braces, orthodontics, plastic surgery (so on) from an early age, so have 'Hollywood' teeth by adulthood.
While those born into poorer families have to take what they can get, or do without (so their mouths become a visible manifestation of all those structural inequalities in US system already favouring certain groups above others).

So when the US middle-class are rude about other people's teeth, it's often just socially 'punching down' on those less fortunate than themselves, to a greater or lesser extent.
As far as that observation applies to this thread, I don't think it does. We don't know Sharlotte's social status or sexaddicts, so no data from which anyone can draw conclusions or make assumptions.

Personally, it is something I would neither usually notice or look for in someone eslse, and I do think it would be rude to discuss if I did notice it.
But I agree that it is something people in North America get obssessive about, while in Europe fillings (like scars on knees from childhood, pockmarks from adolescent spots, and so on) are just considered part of the texture of the lived life of everyone.

^ Mercury Amalgam (not lead) was the standard thing for fillings in the UK when I lived there (5 years ago).
You could pay more for enamel/porcelain caps (or whatever it is they do to make them look white), but they are deemed to be far less durable as a solution, and far more likely to wear/chip/crack and require maintenance/replacing over the years.

I am going to surprise you and admit I am not a dentist... but the metal-based fillings seem the standard thing across much of Europe, not just the former Soviet bloc. This is so off topic.

Hey Iddaoeeok, I didn't intend to lump anyone in with anyone, so no offence intended. Though I am anti that toxic corporate US pressure on the rest of the world to aspire to be a plastic Barbie, because it undermines women's confidence and can make them feel insecure and unloveable for no good reason.

As for sexaddict (2020 joiner), I am not damning them either. They are a Sharlotte fan so their intentions seem sincere. There general feeling here seems to be it was a clumsy thing to say, but that 'clumsy' can be cultural, class, east-west, etc.

That said, I am just dropping into the thread today to ask if anyone knows if Sharlotte has any professional social media accounts yet (so definitely NOT a private or personal account)?
Partly because I like the anticipation of knowing a scene is coming (teasers posted from the set and so on).
And also because I'd also be interested in following her 'softer' work. I am a huge fan of fine styling, costume play, fetish, so that would be a sweet Sharlotte fix during inbetween 'hardcore' days.

If the reason she doesn't have any socials yet is that she doesn't want to get into that, that's cool (and to be respected). Not everyone wants to deal with the negative side of that (pressure to reply and idiots in DMs). As she's a new performer she may be holding back until she gains more confidence. But if she has, it would be good to know.

I hope never! Just to torment you. She can be the AV star who never does. The original Sharlotte 'No-DAPs-Ever' Thorne.
Maybe she wants to try it, maybe she doesn't. Whatever she feels suits her. But I don't care if she doesn't. Nor pee. Not everyone lives for it.

I'm just crazy for the girl, as they say. If she keeps doing great one-on-one's (her first with Dylan is most excellent), or great DPs, that's me happy. And hopefully other's feel the same way too.

If I had any suggestion to make it would be for her to get more into deep glamour and burlesque in her styling, but perhaps studios dictate looks to an extent. And obviously it's super time-consuming and the models may not be in the mood for high -maintenance detailing if it's been a long day rehearsing and shooting.

For example, in her scene for Lady Dee (Anal Maniacs) her make-up and styling were divine. The metallic blue eyeshadow matching the blue butterfly details on her bra were such a cute and stylish touch.
And in her F/F kitchen anal play scene with Brittany Love (Bad Bardot Club) they both have matching butterflies in their hair and flouncy mesh ballerina skirts.
Maybe when working with women directors the vibe is more very feminine and playful re appearance. I appreciate it.

OK, will do. It's only 6 questions and if you don't think they make sense, or repeat things that are already in the Q&A (have you standardised the format now?) then you can omit. And obviously, Sharlotte can ignore any of them, or the whole thing if she is not into the Q&A idea. It's supposed to be fun, not a pressure or an obligation.

As someone remarked in a thread in the General Section (maybe someone commenting in your interviews thread), some more formalized kind of 'Online Magazine' for this site might be an interesting idea.
Say every weekend there was a Q&A interview with a model, some behind the scenes gossips and photos, a model (female or male) contributing a short piece of writing (500 words or whatever) on any subject (from 'world peace' to 'sex workers rights' to 'how to make the perfect apple crumble', it could be anything, their choice, it would just be fun to know the models as people more). Maybe a photo gallery or art gallery for models into that. Maybe shooting schedules for the next week.

All of this stuff appears anyway, but it's wildly scattered. maybe it would be too much of a PITA for one person to arrange in one place, but I think the idea is a good one whether it is practical or not.

Hey DAPaddict, I can't remember how to do DMs here, I can only see your email. So here are my questions.
Big thanks and I will wait and watch your interview thread with anticipation.

Questions (all optional, obviously).

1. Who are your female icons and heroines? These can be persons (living or dead) or characters from film, music, literature, history, mythology, science, etc. Those women (outside your personal life) who have inspired you to become the woman you are today?

2. How, outside your adult work, do you express your creativity?
For example, are you musical (play/sing or write music)? Do you have an interest in fashion and styling (make your own clothes/accessories, follow designers/eras)? Do you have an interest in Art and photography? Do you write fiction or keep a diary?

3. If you could direct yourself in a scene, with an unlimited budget, a choice of any performers (male/female), and no limts or restrictions on what kind of content had to be a part of it, what sort of scene would you shoot?
Think about what would please you to do, rather than what you think others would want to see. A fantasy as tame or wild as you choose. It would be a film made purely for your own pleasure and you would never have to show it to anyone else.

4. Were you always very attractive (you actually are)? Or is yours an ugly duckling story?
Were you popluar and confident when younger? Or did you feel shy and ignored until you hit adulthood, when suddenly you bloomed like an orchid and everyone wanted to know you?
(PS. You definitely don't have to answer this question if you don't want to. It is perhaps a bit of a personal subject).

5. What are your plans for the future?
Is the adult industry one you would like to work in long-term, perhaps later moving into styling/directing/producing (as Lady Dee and Brittany Love have)?
Or is it fun for now, but you are already working on plans for a different future? Education or professional training for a vocation? Working in media/entertainment? Or raising a family (if that is most important to you)?

6. What question do you really wish you had been asked in this questionnaire but were not? Ask yourself that question and answer it. What super important thing or things do you really want people to know about you, but no one ever asks?
