Perhaps people (myself included) build up the scene in their heads too much when we see previews or hear news, and so when the end result is different than we imagined, it is talked about not as being different but as being bad (or not good enough).

Low sale scenes/girls I guess fly under the radar? Too few people are interested in them, so they don't bother to react to it. With the top selling girls it's the other way around, people expect something, and when it is not what they expect, we all complain (again, including me). It's human nature to bitch and complain when we don't get our way. Probably not the right approach, but it's the best explanation I can come up with.

In the end you make the decision what and who to shoot. Sales are ultimately what matters.
