Man, really our concepts about what is a hardcore action in the industry are not the same. Anal prolapses - ok. Now, expose (or even eat) shit explicitly? Are you sure this should be considered a sexual fantasy? Forgive me, these things seem more like fantasies of domination and sadism; for me, it's far from sex; gives the impression of craziness that comes out of the minds of sociopathic producers and directors.
Obviously I'm kidding but it does speak to quite a liberal attitude. I'm not sure if the Soviet bloc would have had porn. Yugoslavia was of course independent of them as Tito fell out with Stalin post-WWII and did his own thing, not a great deal better (ie no genuine democracy) but slightly different.
