I think Oscar hinted her in forum that ticket devaluation in April made it much more difficult for small studios to make ends meet and generate enough profit. Could also be that Khali Noir got just payed better fees than todays Mambo girls, which would make profit generating more difficult. Could also be that these scenes were co-shot with another studio keeping scenes in da box now.

It's not easy to forget a girl as beautiful and talented as Khali, especially knowing that she has a body of unreleased work sitting on a hard drive that's likely to be the best ever produced in her career.

It's straight up sad to me. This gorgeous girl gave herself to the world so openly and freely, creating something really exciting and beautiful. The world's response caused her to use whatever legal means or social influence she or her family has to try to erase her work from the internet as much as possible.

Fact that it's not released is linked with the need to re-finance such scenes for studios and to make enough profit. Khali Noire has been payed for her porn work long ago, but studio has invested money it has to get back, too. Having a gem like Khali in hands with all her still loyal fans may be tempt them to hold scenes back in order to sell them better.
Might be that Khali got trapped in her own beauty and anal talent. But if she's still shooting, even for da box as we say, she's getting payed, she doesn't loose financially. The longer it takes she looses fame, though. And fame is capital. I hope all involved can get this sorted out in a win-win way!
