Arwen is out of control because of personal lifestyle.
At JM they should help her, but actually they are not doing the interest of Arwen at all. The first interest of Arwen for example should be to send us prior notice and do not renew her exclusive contract.
I still would like to understand what exactly you mean by Arwen being out of control in her "personal lifestyle". That is a very vague phrase unless you are more specific.
Does that mean:
(a) impulsive decision-making with regard to business relationships
(b) chaotic romantic relationships in her personal life
(c) disrespectful treatment of friends and other social relationships
(d) irresponsible management of her finances
(e) self-destructive patterns of drug or alcohol use
(f) serious mental health issues like bipolar disorder or PTSD
Any one of (a)-(f), or a combination of two or more, could lead to an observation that her personal lifestyle is out of control. But each would affect her behavior (and possibly her health and safety) in very different ways.
Please be more specific about which of those factors you are talking about.
