I’m not sure how Nicole was able to travel to Prague so not giving an opinion on that.
It can be done in some cases, but usually it’s not as simple as you’re imagining. Let’s take Charlotte as an example: somehow she manages to travel to Serbia. She then has to find a way to get to Prague, but Serbia is on a red list for entry into the Czech Republic as far as I know. So that means she would either have to quarantine for ten days, or she would flatly be refused entry. Quite the risk if that means you get stuck in Serbia.
I do this work for a living, and at the moment traveling is like walking through a minefield. Everything can look ok, but it rarely is...
