I think it's hard to make a comparison really as she's changed so much, not only as a result of surgery and tattoos, but simply because she looks much younger in that photo. I'm presuming she's a teen or early twenties in that photo so still had a lot of growing to do into her own body. Girls change a lot physically from there teens into mid-twenties as they grow into women and lose the puppy fat. I guess a boob job was always on the cards for her given that she had small ones to start with. In fact given how small her boobs were and how they are now it's a quite remarkable job the surgeon in question did. Maybe she has transitioned through a couple of sizes to get where she is now. She undoubtedly had a beautiful smile when she was younger which is still evident, although I don't think this needed enhancing with lip plumping. As I said before, tramp stamps I can do without. It's obvious though that all the surgery and tattoos were done to enhance her porn career.
