2. The human body has limits, and sends signals when said limits are about to be reached, and even more so when they are about to be broken. If you're about to undergo extreme practices such as being fisted — let alone if the "fists" are more than one — you must be properly prepared first.

3. No, nature did not make female genitalia to normally welcome a whole human hand. Even more so if the hands are two. You can stretch them, train them, and with lots of practice you'll maybe make it.
