I said this on Veronica Leal's thread when he released the first one, 9 tkts for a 10 minute interviews was madness. He replied that the price was wrong and there'd been a mistake, but then never changed it, and all subsequent interviews have been the same price. So yeah, the crazy pricing looks like a tactic to try and get people to sign up to his membership.
