Basically I used to buy almost all of the classic gg scenes labelled as "exclusive" on LP as they feature some great content starring some of my favourite girls from what I would describe as "the golden St Petersburg era". However, as I'm sure most are aware many of these scenes have now appeared on 2 high profile sites and in some cases they have appeared on these 2 sites even before they have appeared here. Also, these sites offer these scenes at a significantly higher resolution and bit-rate compared to here.
The official line here has been that these other sites have stolen the content yet they have continued to host this content for at least 1 year. Could we have some explanation as to what has happened here exactly? I don't mean just a one line statement like "these scenes have been stolen" but a more detailed explanation so I can understand how this has happened and why these sites are allowed to continue to host this "stolen" content without legal action being taken. It's probably a naive question as I have very little understanding of the porn industry but I'd really like to figure out where my loyalties should be on this issue
This is not a matter of cost as I have many many tickets to burn and money is a non-issue in my personal situation. However, as a matter of principle I am reluctant to buy scenes labelled as "exclusive" when they do not appear to actually be exclusive and are in fact available at significantly higher quality elsewhere at a flat membership rate. At the moment I have stopped purchasing these scenes from LP but I would really appreciate it if I could be given a reason to continue doing so
