Anna de Ville still shoots scenes at GIO studios, but just not as much as she used.
Kristy Black has been lost, possibly forever.
KK will still work with GIO, it is only a matter of time before her return.
Emily Pink does not work as she wants to go more down the glamour/softcore route in porn.
Rebel Rhyder will definitely be back, but just not as much as she used to be.
Lady Ana is another one who I definitely think should be back.
Nicole Black did make a comeback scene.
Sara Bell does not shoot many hardcore/extreme scenes anymore.

I hope that answers your question. A lot of it is that they used to film 1, possibly 2 big GIO scenes a day. Nowadays, they film 2, possibly 3 A WEEK!
So less bookings.

Many actresses from your list are filming for other studios. I will only mention top actresses like Jolee Love, Kristy Black, Syren De Mer.
Europe is currently experiencing a failure in the economy, experiencing a crisis. The other day, one of the whores even called the LP producers bankrupt.
Now the demand is growing more on webcam, escort and private. But it's complete crap.
For example, 1500-2000 euros for anal DP in LP, this money can be received in other studios for classic sex or classic anal.

It depends on which studio you are referring to, NTP/Lancelot, Yummy, Mambo Perv are always finding new models and top talents to work with.
On occasions, so does AGO...

GIO as of late, and under Andrew X is currently trying to establish himself and so he is using more of the known, tried and tested models for his work (which there is nothing wrong with).

If you think of Yummy, we have new talents like Nina Costa, and many other Latina/South Americans that come up regularly.

NTP/Lancelot are great at finding the potential next hot thing in porn.

Mambo has been excellent at finding lots of beautiful girls to work in porn e.g Gabily Castro.

AGO got Areta Rider to LPAV.

These are examples. Top models are still coming back, Kitty Li just made a return to GIO studios. I also consider Vittoria Divine, Nuria Millan, Georgia Koneva, Adeline Lafouine to be top models and they have all made recent scenes with Andrew X. It is just the reduced porn schedule at GIO/AGO which seems like models are not working, or that new talents are not being found.
