A clear lighted speculum is superior IMO. This device does the job of providing variable anal stretching without obscuring the view.

I think that usage is for anal stretching, but also to let open ass so that it is possible to piss inside?

Personally, I'm not really a big fan of a lot of complicated equipment being used in porn scenes. When there is a lot of weird devices involved, it starts to feel less like sex, and more like a kind of science experiment.
