No, if he is smart (which he is)...he would never sell the sexy clothing now.
The best thing would be to keep a large wardrobe of sexy clothing...rotate the use of them, if this is done carefully and strategically...some clothing may not appear for again for a long time e.g. 6+ months.
Alternatively, keep the sexy clothing that the girl is wearing....when they shoot up in porn stardom, win an AVN award, build up their fanbase etc...he can then sell it on for a significantly larger profit.
