What is a "Crescendo DAP"?

I'm thinking it is similar to a piston DAP (a rhythm of one cock going in while the other comes out) but perhaps in a crescendo DAP it starts slower then builds to a frenzy of rapid in/out action?

The word 'crescendo' certainly caught my attention.

I think it means that different daps during a scene are levelled from a rather gentle dap to a piston-like rough dapping. Crescendo means growing in italian.
