1) Giorgio, you mentioned that your goal is primarily to take average-looking girl and try to make a good scene with her (and you usually get nice result). However, it must be at least some opposite situations, I suppose: good-looking girl, but video simply does not look good enough... Simply, "camera does not like her". Did you have situations like this? Or maybe even with so poor-quality final product that you decided not to publish it?

2) There is probably few situations when newcomer decide to quit by not coming on set at all. But did you have any situation when girl come on set, maybe even start work, and then decide to quit completely? Like "I'm quit, give me bill to pay for your expenses for set and I'm going home"?

Usually pretty girls are pretty also in camera, but many average girls are more pretty in camera then in real life. The point is easy: to get a good revenue with pretty girls is easy, its more difficult to get a good revenue with average girl. The point is that there are more average girls then really pretty one. Releasing 20 scene/month its very important to release also content based on the niche and not based on the model.

Actually sometimes I stopped the shooting and send everyone home because I was not satisfy. Usually the girls are doing their best, but sometime it is not enough.

At TWM each model fill out a questionnaire where they explain what they are able to do and what they are willing to try, I base all on this.

If you mean what they dont want to do in their red days, well its a free word, they can take few days on relax.
