Cannot access my account for love nor money

This is a new account because I cannot access my regular account (maxrebo88). I have sent three support tickets with no reply so trying the forum instead.

Whenever I try to login I get the prompt:

Email confirmation
We've detected unusual activity on your account and blocked it. To restore access to your account you should pass email confirmation.
Confirmation link was sent to your email.

I then select on the link in the email and get taken to a page reading:

Account unblocking
Looks like your account is already unblocked. If the problem still exist please try to sign in. After sign in attempt you will receive a new email with unblock link.

So I try to login again and the exact same thing happens. Tried different browsers and devices, tried resetting password and tried contacting GTF. None of it is helping - I can also see that fraudulent purchases are happening on my account via my email notifications, but I can't login to anything to do something about it. Please help
