I’ve been experiencing issues with thumbnails and videos not loading. I’ve tried everything. Clearing cache, restarting, logging out and back in. Happening across all devices.
Same issue here. This started about a week ago and has gotten progressively worse. The issues are:
1. Thumbnails no longer appear on the Store screen or Library screen. This happens using Safari, Firefox or Chrome. 2. Videos no longer play for previews or purchased content on the Store side, nor do they play for content purchased currently located in my Library. I get a Video File Not Found error message. 3. I can no longer download purchased content. I get the following when I attempt to download content: “Error: (Internal Server Error) We were unable to satisfy your request due to an internal error: General Lua error.”
At first I thought this was only happening to me. For the past week I've been having the exact same problems that have gotten progressively worse. There's a technical glitch with the website itself; it's not on the user end. This is having a negative impact on your sales (MONEY). You should fix the problem immediately.
The picture files are still not loading but some of the video files are starting to work again. Someone seems to be working on fixing the problems. I hope this trend continues until everything is back to normal.
our tech team need URL of some image that does not load, could you guys please provide that?
And if somebody can post screenshot of Google Chrome -> Developer Tools Panel -> "Console" Tab with errors. This could be done with both on the main page and the video page.
I just accessed the site via VPN using a server located in Prague. Everything worked just as it should; thumbnails loaded, videos displayed and was able to download. I am located in the US so possibly therein lies the problem.
I’m also in the United States and have been encountering the exact same problem for at least a couple of weeks. The site has become completely unusable for me.
At the moment, the picture files are loading but none of the video files are loading. Yesterday, it was almost the opposite: most of the video files were working but none of the picture files were. I'm unable to get both of those working at the same time, but I haven't gone the VPN route (shouldn't have to).
