Download Fails or Videos Don't Play After Download

I don't know what's going on but anything I download from Pornbox either fails to download (Chrome aka Network Error) or Microsoft Edge where the videos will download but the videos will play but won't be full video. I've tried 2 different ISP; 80Mbps and 300Mbps wired. Both have the same problems. I need to get refund for the subscription I paid as I can't even download anything.

Does this happen to all your scenes or some particular ones?

I have tried downloading and was able to download the scenes from pornbox without any problems.

I done some more testing now. Basically it is random which requires me to download the files again until they work. I even changed SSD, used a new SSD and Hard Drive.

Support need to fix. Getting annoyed where videos are hit and miss when downloading. Pornbox should be dropped.
Randomly some files will work while others won't where I have to re-download multiple times until they work.

My experience is: 1 of 5 downloads from the gtflixtv servers (=pornbox servers) are defective although the streaming video is okay
This problem does not occur with the Private and Bangbros servers.
That's a well known problem for years now.

Yes - this frequently happens to me as well - I've raised it several times, but nothing is ever done to fix it.

I'd recommend you check the file size once you've downloaded it - even if the download progress bar says it's 100% complete, you'll often find that the file itself isn't quite as large as it should be, and by missing a few crucial bits the video will not play all the way through but freeze at a certain point. You're only option is to then try downloading again, and seeing if you get the entire file next time.

This happens to me on average once every 4 or 5 downloads. Usually, the second attempt at downloading the same file gets the complete package, but very rarely I'll have to download 3, 4 or 5 times just to get one that plays all the way through. This doesn;t happen with any other site I've ever used, so I'm confident that the issue is at Pornbox's end, not mine - but again, they never fix it.
