WHY IS PORNBOX SUPPORT SO BAD

Most users now here have realised that PORNBOX SUPPORT is the worst in the Porn Industry.
Even the Support button is actually only a chat link for new models suggestions and has nothing to do with support.
So instead we have to go onto this discussion forum where SUPPORT does not reply to any issues.

Currently there are 2 major issues which they have refused to comment on;
1. ALL PORNBOX VIDEOS FROM MARCH 2023 HAVE BEEN HALVED IN SIZE AND NOW LOOK RUBBISH.
2. PORNWORLD.COM HASS OVER 200 4K VIDEOS THAT DO NOT PLAY FROM 2021 TO 2020. THE STUDIO LIASON IS COMPLETELY USELESS AND KEEPS SAYING THEY ARE FIXED ON MY END.

Probably because people keep buying shit regardless of the issues.

Unfortunately money is the only thing that talks. It might take away to see any backlash on the new junk image quality (low bitrate); or people won't be discerning and will keep buying them anyway. I for one still buy, but most older scenes now, unless there's a "must have"(favorite girl) video. I do hope sales decrease over the next six months as this is likely the only thing to get analvids' attention, but who knows if that will materialize.

I don't have an idea of what is happening but looks it would seem like the support staff of AV is missing and incommunicado.
