Unfairly charged money

Greetings, on March 15th i subscribed for the first time to analvids and that same night I've spent 72 euros for some videos. This morning on the other hand I've found a 262 euros charge from your site between the night of the 23rd and the 24th march. I've opened my ''library'' and there were more than 1600 videos which I had never bought, and I do not know how it could be possible. With the 72 euros I cited I've bought 3 videos, and to view them I had to insert my credit card informations every time. After that day I had never inserted the credit card informations since I was not interested in buying anything at the time. Furthermore, I am not interested in any other video of that kind. I urgently need the money, so I need it to be reimbursed as soon as possible, thanks!

Your card gets saved with a purchase of a membership which you have purchased on March 16th + two scenes separately.

On March 24th you have purchased Martina Smeraldi model pack for €262.87.

According to our terms and Conditions we are unable to refund you the whole membership fee, as the refund procedure costs quite a lot for us: we have to pay transaction and refund transaction fees, support costs incur, our bank account's reputation suffers.
