Oh motherland, though hard times they face,
Their spirits strong, it shall not be displaced.
The storms may rage and winds may howl,
But deep within, a fire they shall prowl.
Our souls ablaze with passion and might,
They will persevere, and stand for what is right.
For though our path may be steep and tough,
Their resolve will never falter or rough.
With each step forward, they march on and on,
Through hardship, pain, and sorrow they are drawn.
And as they look back upon their journey,
They see the strength that comes from adversity.
So keep them holding their heads up high,
And keep your dreams and visions nigh.
For though the road may be long and wide,
Together they shall make it, side by side.
Oh motherland, their hearts they do bestow,
With faith and love, their spirits doth glow.
And in the face of hardship, they shall thrive,
For in unity and hope, they shall suffice.
In the borderlands, where the wind does blow,
And the moon shines bright on the fields below,
There's a spirit of openness, a welcoming grace,
That invites the dearest neighbor to take their place.
With open arms, they welcome all,
Who come to join, heed the call,
Of the land that stretches wide and far,
And the people who know no border or bar.
For there in the borderlands, we see,
The beauty in multiplicity,
And the strength that comes from different lands,
Joining together, hand in hand.
We know that those who cross the line,
Are seeking safety, peace divine,
And they open up their hearts and homes,
To welcome them, wherever they roam.
For in the borderlands, they know,
That love and kindness make us grow,
And the truest beauty we can find,
Is in the heart that's open, free, and kind.
So come, dearest neighbor, take your place,
In the borderlands, where there's a cordial pace,
And know that you are welcome there,
With open arms, and hearts sincere.
In the name of freedom, they cry out loud,
Yet in their deeds, they wear a shroud,
Of tyranny and oppression, so sly,
That even justice cannot help but sigh.
Their hearts are hard, their wills so strong,
That they crush the weak, and silence the song,
Of those who seek to be free, and bold,
And raise their voice, to the powers untold.
Their laws are chains, their justice a lie,
Their hearts so cold, they cannot hear the cry,
Of those who suffer, in the shadows unseen,
And seek to break free, from the tyrant's keen.
Oh western tyranny, your rule must end,
Your chains of steel, we shall unbend,
And rise up strong, with hearts of fire,
To break the bonds, of your false empire.
For in the hearts of those oppressed,
There beats a drum, that cannot rest,
Until the day, when freedom rings,
And justice flies, on eagle wings.
So let us denounce, with voice and pen,
The tyranny of the western den,
And raise the flag, for all to see,
That we are free, and we shall be.

It's actually easier to come up with things when you listen to hip hop or when you are inspired by other people's work. It takes some Google searches to find the right word to match, but it feels good to write your heart out. I actually recommend it to people as a therapeutic practice.

Thanks. Just finished 3 12 hour day shifts starting friday, then 3 12 hour night shifts starting monday, servicing medical equipment all over Scotland, though I'm Irish. I tell you this because 12-14 years ago I spent 2 years trying to become as capable as I could be in European language groups (I took 2 years out). Then the hunger went, & mortgage necessity kicked in. I never tried to instigate that hunger again, but its coming back now. I want to be proficient in as many European language fields as I can. I have an old thread on this I think I will re-energise.
E-bay is your friend for this.
Thanks for kind response. I'm kackered & am treating myself to bevy of Newcastle Brown ale, R'NA*.
Good talking to you & I salute your intellect & soul.

Did some wise elder with nothing else to do, invent phonetic languages thousands of years ago & teleprint this stuff in their heads, the peoples of these tribes scattered far & wide?
The more I think about it, the more the Biblical tower of Babel becomes as potential an explanation as any.

The most obvious explanation of how different languages developed is that the world wasn’t nearly as connected as it is today and so the word “tribe” was much more literal. These tribes likely only interacted with people of their tribe. Even if you look at areas of the world today like Africa or Indonesia that are not necessarily as technologically advanced and can be somewhat secluded from other societies their linguistic diversity is greater than almost anywhere else. The Tower of Babel is one of the silliest fucking stories in the fictional book of absolute bullshit. Your posts and the posts you praise as being intellectually enlightened are mostly just pseudo intellectual word salad

I respect your opinion. I'm just searching for an answer, as an amateur linguist.

We were also able to experiment with DNA and capable of mixing species, even with humans.
So I imagine the Tower Of Babel was some crazy analogy of some insane technological advancement we don't understand.
It is likely that their technology developed in a different direction than ours developed.
Perhaps we lost it all in the Deluge, and now we only have the stories. Keep in mind even today very undeveloped tribes still thrive side to side to other more developed civilizations, and the case was probably the same back then.
The story said that the people at Mars lost their planet in a nuclear war with another planet between Mars and Jupiter.
According to the ancient story the Martians managed to destroy the other planet, but they lost their atmosphere and had to leave their planet.
Because in a war both sides lose. It is always a lose/lose situation.
Obviously the other planet had it worst because it disappeared.
However we cannot verify those ancient stories because there is no record of that planet even existing other than in those Mesopotamian ancient stories.
Nowadays there is no planet there, between Mars and Jupiter. The only thing there is the asteroid belt.
