impossible to download 4 k videos

I am located in the States and have been downloading files fine for the past 12 hours. My connection is 600MB/s, and I am loading HD files. I have found that watching the scene in a lower resolution while loading the scene makes it work better. If you are loading 4K scenes, then I have no idea how those load. If I watch 10 minutes of a video, the download is faster. Geberally the HD files have been loading at 3 minutes of less. Hopefully it gets better in your zone.

Secondly, sorry for the lack of communication - I was sick these past few days.

The servers were under a lot of stress and it caused some trouble. I was informed that the stress is now ended and we should be funcional.

Thanks for answering and clarifying which were the problems.

I'll hope the other users have been solved their situations, i understand must be quite frustating all this, in my case were little things like slow loadings of the forum or short problems with the trailers.

As i said before, there should be a minimum assistance daily, this kind of bussiness diserve it.

I STILL HAVE MAJOR ISSUES.

I CANNOT WATCH IN 4K this purchased video:

Please note i am not interested in less then 4k as that stuff is already available free on the web.
so your tests should always be 4k streaming for at least 15 minutes and full 4k download. i think thats fair test atleast.

If you try it make sure you try 4k and watch for at least 10minutes as it will stop, start, stop, start, stop, stop and then change to 1080p or less.
Download is 3 hours?
