Until they resolve this issue, I strongly suggest no one purchase scenes or tickets. Maybe then we'll get their attention.

Being charitable, maybe all the staff went away on holiday over the New Year period, which is when everything seemed to go wrong. You'd hope by now though someone was back and could acknowledge either a fix or that it's being worked on.
