Membership paid tickets not distributed

Hi my monthly membership got paid for like normal. However the tickets were not distributed to my account. I have had a membership for many years and have never had this happen before. Please help me resolve the issue.

Yes I see them. What I meant is I don’t think the correct amount of tickets got dispensed. My renewal is every 3 months for $79.00. I’ve only purchased 2 older scenes after my renewal for minimal tickets and only have 45 tickets remaining. I believe there should have been 120 tickets distributed to me on December the 18th and there was not. Thank you for your help I am just trying to get this figured out.

Tickets for this type of membership are distributed monthly.

You pay every 3 months, but get tickets monthly.

48 every month if you have the 3 month membership.
