How can Pornbox "cancel all revenues"? Only their most recent revenues could remain unpaid.
If Pornbox did ban the perpetrators and delete their files, that causes a problem for customers who bought their videos and may want a refund (at Pornbox's cost).
Also, the perpetrators could easily just start up again with a new studio name, playing the same tricks until banned again, only to pop up again, like whack-a-mole.
It seems the only way to police this problem would be proactively to scan at point of release for unknown or newly registered studios purporting to feature popular star performers, and flag for prompt checking by Pornbox staff. Does the studio have model releases? Are they likely to be genuine?
However, in the brave new world of automated self-service site operations, maybe Pornbox don't have the resources or just don't care?
Sad times. I hope Oscar gets some redress.
