All scenes disappeared

I purchased tickets and scenes regularly about a decade ago. Although I can't remember the total number, it was a lot of tickets and scenes. Most of them were scenes that needed to be purchased with tickets, not free scenes.

I haven't logged into my account in many years - at least 7.

When I logged in just now, none of those scenes are available.

Your goods are on a different account.

Instead of your email that ends with @gmail.com use it with @googlemail.com

Excellent - thank you. I wondered whether that may be the case.

When I ask to reset the password, it asks me for the code that was sent in 2015. I don't have that any longer. The get new code button - I can click it but I don't get a new code (as far as I can tell).

What is the best way to resolve this?
