Hi I messaged PB support more than 3 days ago and haven't heard back, so hoped I could get an answer here.
I have a 'Full Access' Subscription to Avery Jane Studio and it says Full Access granted on my subscriptions page. After downloading 6 scenes (one of which was one I had previously purchased) whenever I attempt to download a scene I haven't previously purchased from the studio I get a box headed Download Access, with the message "You have exceeded download limit". This has been the case since 2nd May. I haven't experienced this with any other studio subscription, nor is there a notification before purchase that there is a restriction or download limit, so I would appreciate it if this was clarified and rectified.
