'Full Access' Subscription- Download Limit?

'Full Access' Subscription- Download Limit?

Hi I messaged PB support more than 3 days ago and haven't heard back, so hoped I could get an answer here.

I have a 'Full Access' Subscription to Avery Jane Studio and it says Full Access granted on my subscriptions page. After downloading 6 scenes (one of which was one I had previously purchased) whenever I attempt to download a scene I haven't previously purchased from the studio I get a box headed Download Access, with the message "You have exceeded download limit". This has been the case since 2nd May. I haven't experienced this with any other studio subscription, nor is there a notification before purchase that there is a restriction or download limit, so I would appreciate it if this was clarified and rectified. Hello,

This studio does have a limit of 5 downloads per month.
We have failed to mention this before the purchase though.

What is the course of action you would like to take?

- Choose a scene and I will give you access to it as compensation.
- Refund 60% of the membership, so you can choose something else on PornBox. (We are fixing the tooltips to inform about the download limits)

You can still stream the scenes, correct?

The download limit will, of course, reset itself next month.

Thanks Kapwn, I can still stream scenes yes thank you. I would appreciate the partial refund on the membership, many thanks.

I am also experiencing issues with the Full Access subscription to Yoya Grey, this does not permit any video downloads at all. This wasn't mentioned on purchase so I would appreciate clarification on this too. Thanks.
