Scene(s) disappeared from library

Hi. Just getting in touch as scenes seem to have disappeared from my library and I was wondering why? I have thought that this has happened before, but have not been certain. However on checking today I know for sure that 'Golden Shower Compilation 1' (with BTS) has disappeared from my library. I would appreciate this and any other missing scenes being returned to my library.

I'm having the same issue, but it appears to be quite a few scenes I am missing such as a few of the Waka Waka scenes.

I am hoping the missing scenes will be restored to my library instead of a refund of tickets as some of them weren't purchased through tickets but collections.
