My whole Library got deleted.

Hello Everybody,

2 Days ago I bought an subscribtion and a lot of Tokens on Pornbox. I used them to buy a lot of Scenes. A Day after I noticed someone logged in on mine Account and used my Tokens to buy some Random Scenes. So, all my Tokens were gone from this Point. Ok, shit happens. I decided to E-Mail the Support and they blocked my Account. They detected unusual activities, they said. Through there E-Mail I could reactivate my Account. So here's the Problem. ALL my Scenes I bought so far are completely gone. That means, I spend a lot of money and got NOTHING for it. This feels like I got totally robbed. I guess there is no refund or anything to solve my Problem? Sorry, but this is really Bullshit. I still can't understand how it's possible, that my whole Library of Scenes is completely gone.
Maybe someone can help me here.

Something similar happened once to me.
Support re-installed scenes I had bought and advised to change password.
Just wait for their answer, it sometimes takes 2-3 days, but support is solid really.

Yes, your account was accessed from a different place and most likely used by somebody else.
Most of your purchases happened after the initial attack on your account occurred.

Most of your purchases (3/4) have been refunded in full to your bank account (actually to the place you have made the purchase from. It could be PayPal)
Sadly, the videos you have collected are also gone.
We can make a list of them if you would like?

I've checked the mail and it says I get an refund on money and tokens.

I've bought all my scenes in my library on monday and tuesday. I've purchased 392 Tokens in total via Credit Card by my own. If you say I get an refund in full on my bank account for them I would rebuy my tokens and scenes.
So, I think it's not necessary to make an extra list for the videos.
The main thing for me is, that I get the videos back I spend the money for. No matter if it's through an refund on tokens or money.
