Login issues

I have to enter my username and password twice in order to login, the first time it says redirecting but doesn't and the second time it redirects me to pb.

Yes I am able to get on pb the second time I try to login. It never redirects me on the first attempt, says redirecting and sends me back to first page again.

To troubleshoot this problem could you please try from a different browser?

Does the same happens?

On both firefox and chrome it does the same thing haven't tried any other browsers to see.

Edge is the only browser that redirects me on the first try, both firefox and chrome take two attempts in order to login. Might help you troubleshoot 2 browsers do it and 1 doesn't.
