Purchased Scenes Removed

After requesting scenes that I did not purchase were removed and my tickets refunded a significant number of scenes that I did purchase were also removed and no tickets were reimbursed. Can you please sort this out ASAP or at least update me on were you are at. Thanks

Your account has been rolled back into a point before the unwanted purchase happened.
Unfortunately this happens with your purchases as well.

You were refunded back to your banks account.
