Got charged wrong ticket price

I got overcharged one of my purchases and should have 8 more tickets.

I had 42.33 tickets to start with. I was trying to purchase SZ2619 for 8.3, SZ2628 for 0.1, Lia Lin from pissvis for I believe 8.8, Sz2531 wet for version for 8.??

I also had in my cart SZ2788 and the site said I was using up 40.??

But when I went to check out, the site gave me an internal error and it wouldn't let me make the purchase, and when I logged out and logged back in it purchased everything but SZ2788 and now says my balance is 7.53

Is there someway to rectify the credits I lost so I can purchase SZ2788?

That is 34.8TKTs which is correct.
Then you tried to purchase SZ2788 (The full version) which costs 15 TKTs and you do not have enough.

I already had already purchased the non-piss version of SZ2628 and it said that to get the piss verison was only going to be .01 tickets. When I originally bought SZ2628 I wanted the piss version but it's hard to find on the site. Can you explain the descrepancies why it's harder for me to find and purchase the videos I actually want? Can you also explain why I'm charged full price for a scene with the same code number?

You are from the US, so you should not see the pissing scenes in the first place.

I assume you are using VPN to access them?

You are correct about the double charge though, sorry about that. I have given you tickets for the dry version back.
