Strange things in my subscription - what's happening?

First time my 3-mt-membership is gonna end in over 5 years I was asked if I want to continue. And of course I want!
I just hope there isn't another Free Ticket scheme system change coming up!
I am still on the old scheme getting 40 premium tickets instead of 48, but 1 free tkt per day in exchange.
I still want to continue that way!

Strange things happening on my account:
I never intended to cancel it, but a few days ago I received a window question whether I wanted to cancel it as it was running out on Aug 24th 2021. I said "no". But today suddenly it said my membership was cancelled.
I am on the old membership plan with 40 premium tickets and 1 free ticket every day.
Also there was no new ticket allocation due on Aug 17th - and I got nothing.
Strange things happening.

We had trouble billing your credit card - every time the membership was prolonged by a week automatically, to give you time to figure out the problem.

Pitty the pictures are not correctly loaded in a lot of the old zip-files. Not serious and professional IMO.
