Can't redownload already paid downloads from SineplexClassic

Can't redownload already paid downloads from Sineplex Classic.
For example i have already downloaded scene #160 and it is still shown as downloadable (see example.jpg)
but if try to redownload it, it ask again to bye +500 videos (which i have already made)
The problem appear due to set of downloads (~100 videos) was not finished yet and downloads links become broken during download, does this mean that i need again to pay for them?
Also some videos are broken after download (~2 per 50-100 scenes), previously this was can be fixed by simple redownload of them, but now it looks will require additional payment for each 500 try.

The picture you have sent does not mean "downloadable" - it is a reminder you have downloaded this scene in the past.

For those free scenes for members, there is a limit of 500 downloads *per month*.
If you have already downloaded the scene, it is still counted as one download even when you try to download it again.

Unfortunately many links become broken during download, see attached example, requesting new payments for that wasn't fully downloaded is not customer friendly.
