Unable to Download a Purchased Bang Bros. Video

Hi PornBox Support,

I purchased a Bang Bros video "Fooling Around Hiddenly Around Town" but am not able to download it. Can you investigate please? (FYI, streaming works.)

To download the video, once you click on download, it will start playing in a different media player.
You can either locate three dots in the corner of the player and click on "download" or rightclick the video and select "Save video as..." to download it.

The files are downloaded from the actual Bangbros servers (the same as if you would buy a membership on the main Bangbros site), not the Porn Box servers. But we'll see with them what's up with the download speed.

Just try to download it again. I have a membership to Bangbros as well, and sometimes their download speeds are basically non-existent. Wait a few minutes, and then they're back up to 2021 standards.
