Other Account locked

I can't log into my account here to post in the forum for help so this is another account. I sent an email to help Thursday, and a couple today with no response. I sent support requests through Both Legalporno and Pornbox, But I can't see either of those requests in the zendesk requests section. The link provided in the support confirmation email brings me to a "The page you were looking for doesn't exist" message so I'm not sure those support tickets I did were created. Does the support system currently work, or just not for me?

All support tickets get resolved, so they did not come before.
