I don't know about the Bangbros connection exactly, but I do know that WGCZ has owned that studio since 2017. (That is the parent company of LP, Pornbox, etc.) If scenes are being shared between the two, it's definitely intentional.

Dont worry, there is Omar now in Prague to carry on his legacy.
Omar knows exactly how to frame a good porn scene, he did it already in that famous now defunct Mexico studio as one of their cameramen. Also Luis never decided all for himself when shooting in Prague, it was always team work.

As already said, I really couldn't distinguish Omar's style in comparison with Luis's. I think that both of them have developed and perfectioned a GONZO style.
