How to add missing categories ?

Can admin suggest a way of adding missing categories for scenes ?

On Pornbox, when you open the scene there will be a suggest button

Yes, thanks. But what I meant was adding catgories that are not in the category list. There should put a "new categories" suggestion button somewhere.
