New Pornworld membership prevents existing pornbox access

Hello

I've had an exisiting LP/Pornbox account for several years with basically zero problems -- until today when I purchased a DDF/Pornword membership. As of this moment, I am allowed to access to the new DDF/Pornworld site -- while most importantly to me, I am NOT allowed access to my original LP/Pornworld account.

I should probably clarify at this time -- these 2 accounts have completely different "un-linked" user/login credentials that would not seem to have caused a login issue -- and to the best of my knowledge the only shared element would be an IP address?

In any case, On attempting to access my LP/Pornbox account, a new page loads stating "your session has expired - reloading" which then redirects to a new "sign in" page with 2 options -- selecting either option causes the entire process to repeat itself ...... OVER AND OVER.

FYI, over the years I have purchased literally THOUSANDS of LP scenes carefully stored in my "Pornbox library", of which I cannot currently access a single scene. Of note -- I have an ongoing 3-month reload subscription (recently reloaded last week) and "funds-credit" waiting to be used. Finally, I am now paying the new additional monthly subscription fees to DDF/Pornworld.

Please resolve this issue ASAP ... and please don't hesitate to ask for additional background information as required.

It's been 4 days since I posted this problem in the "Support" section of this forum -- so far with ZERO response.

Isn't a customer with 2 separate subscriptions to your websites entitled to a relatively quick response and resolution ?

Hi, I have not found your second DDF account, but was able to find your LP/PornBOX account.

"Session has expired" error has been fixed, you should be able to access your account without problems now.
